EC1 Connect to Fixed Mobile Convergence

Voicenet Solutions, (www.voicenet-solutions.com) the leading hosted VoIP provider has successfully implemented a fully serviced Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution for EC1 New Deal for Communities (NDC), in East London.

Set up and installed by accredited dealer Ads Inbay, the FMC Solution, VNi Mobile, enables users to make and receive business calls on their mobile, in any WiFi area, over their business’s VoIP network.

They needed a flexible new phone system that enabled them to hot-desk and work off-site, the FMC solution over hosted VoIP was ideal.

VNi Mobile works by using VoIP compatible GSM Nokia E61 and E65 via WiFi access points over the Voicenet Solutions hosted VoIP network. Calls will be guaranteed within the workspace as each site has built-in QoS facilities. The dual Nokia handset can be used instead of the desk phone and every handset will offer the PPM features available on the Voicenet Solutions platform such as click to call, forward transfer etc
