Chief Executive Officer - Kevin Scott-Cowell

Kevin was appointed CEO of Voicenet Solutions in 2010 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecoms sector. His work has included operating and developing businesses within the fixed and mobile telecoms sectors, and functional expertise in product design and development, manufacturing, logistics and supply, service and outsourcing, Kevin is ideally positioned to drive Voicenet Solutions to the next level of business growth.

Prior to his joining Voicenet Solutions Kevin served as Managing Director at TS Technology Services (part of Tyco International). Divisional Managing Director at CRC Group plc, and has held senior management positions with GEC Marconi, Ericsson, Nortel and BT.

Kevin has an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer.

Chief Operating Officer - Gary Pryor       

Gary is a founding member of Voicenet Solutions and has been on the board of Directors since the company was established in 2004. With over 15 years experience in telecommunications and two decades in B2B sales Gary has played a key role in establishing Voicenet Solutions as the leading hosted VoIP provider in the UK. Gary’s responsibilities include driving Voicenet Solutions rapid growth through strategic alliances and channel programme developments, as well as all sales and marketing activities.

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary - Mark Rodel-Duffy

Mark Rodel-Duffy is one of the founding members of Voicenet Solutions and has been CFO and member of the Board since the company’s establishment in 2004.

Mark has responsibility for all financial and corporate governance activities as well as managing investor relations. Marks diverse experience includes being part of the team that floated Freecom.net on the Stock Exchange (AIM) and subsequently built the business acquisitively, as well as being COO of a specialist Lloyds of London Syndicate. Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982.

Chief Technical Officer – Brian O’Sullivan

Chief Technical Officer Brian O’Sullivan has over 18 years experience in telecommunications with the lion’s share dedicated to VoIP, making him one of the most experienced CTOs in the industry. Since joining Voicenet Solutions in 2005 Brian has led product development at Voicenet Solutions focusing on making the service the most robust, the easiest for our clients to use, a true plug-and-play experience and with out of the box fraud protection to keep our clients safe.

Brian’s responsibilities include driving the business’s technology roadmap, all development and technical support to customers and the channel, and ensuring that meets the rigorous VoIP regulations in the UK. 

Sales Director for Service Provision and the Public Sector - Charles Aylwin

Charles joined Voicenet Solutions in August 2009 to head up provisioning and the expansion of the Service Provider channel as well as the Public Sector.  Charles has been at the forefront of consolidating current strategic partnerships and establishing new ones with UK telecom organisations. 

Charles has worked in the Telecoms industry for over 20 years with considerable experience in Mobile communications, Data Networks and security systems. Previous to joining Voicenet Solutions Charles worked for Pye, Philips and MLL Telecom where he helped build relationships with the some of the world’s most renowned telecom providers.  

Chairman - Godfrey Wilson  

Godfrey Wilson has been Chairman of Voicenet Solutions since 2004. With a career in telecommunications and business development Godfrey is also the founder and Managing Director of business solution provider MLL Telecom.
